Mentor.fm will work and play music based on your Facebook, Deezer and Last.FM profiles (Spotify and Twitter will be added soon) and combine all the information using our own powerful algorithm. Thats the NORMAL MODE and you are going to immediately like the vast majority of the music played.There is an alternative mode: the SURPRISE ME! mode: in this case the radio CAN propose songs apparently far from your current taste, touching music lands you usually dont explore. App doesn't load anymore and it requires a Facebook account anyway.
I still really want to love this app, but there's always a problem with it. I get about 1 minute of music before the sound stops working but the track plays or the app goes offline while every other app is still connected. It's an app that is great on the very rare occasion that it works. I'm just going to have to have a love-hate relationship with it.
Eugenio, stop bothering me and fix your app. You don't need a social media platform to sort trough Music. I recommend you take a look at trustpilot's free information on how to look good to customers when dealing with negative reviews. It's not me you need to convince your app is good and that you as a developer, are trustworthy. It's the other people on google play reading these reviews.
I receive cant connect to the menthor server throigh wifi, 4g and even vpn. Reinstalling app didnt helped, please advice
The actual function is great at building a playlist and does learn. The app itself is lacking in features however and appears out of date. Bluetooth earphone functions also don't always work - i have yet to get them working. The biggest problem for me however is the mandatory requirement of Facebook to make use of it. It could easily not have this and still function, especially if it integrates with Deezer.
The privacy policy of this app is not good enough. I also dislike the need for Facebook.
Not everybody has or wants a facebook account
I'm a beta tester, so I'm familiar with it. For me it's fantastic! I can let it run for hours without the trouble of changing tracks or playlists. Definitely a great app for music lovers. I will be a user for long time surely!
3 stars mainly because it lacks the ability to pause, resume, skip tracks with the push of the dedicated button of my headset, with Deezer this feature works flawlessly. Update: Even though we still haven't figured out the problem, the support team is amazing, only because of that they deserve the whole 5 stars.
Good site but if you haven't premium Deezer account plays only 30sec of song, that isn't useful for me.
